A BRIEF INFO ABOUT ME
When it comes to working with teams and during projects, I would usually give my insight on how I envisioned the ideas and concepts to be like and would start off the work from then on.
With the expectations of being in teams, through the ups and downs, I would set my mind straight and focus the job at hand and adapt to the possible demands of changes in the projects or teamwork.
Given that my strong point is design concept in team projects, I am also used to an individual workspace of my own projects as well. I would gladly give my works to be given proper opinions and criticism before creating a more solid and complete work.
The challenge of team projects would definitely be communication, but other than communication, I believe that discipline also must play a part to create good communication that the project and other workload are done and accounted for.
Experience as a Republic Polytechnic student has thought me that real life careers have the same issues at hand, but one must have discipline and communication to achieve proper work.
